Since 28 February 2018, the eligibility of Technology Voucher Programme (TVP) has been relaxed as follows:

• An applicant enterprise is required to have substantive business operation in Hong Kong at the time of application instead of for a year; and
• TVP is eligible to non-listed enterprises of all sizes instead of just for small and medium enterprises.
  The TVP has launched for more than a year and has approved more than 300 applications. There are over 15 customers of Techland has successfully approved from TVP for their ERP projects.

In addition to new customers who have purchased TecE ERP systems, a numbers of our existing customers have used the TVP in upgrading or doing further development of existing systems. On the other hand, customers can also consider to use the TVP for the project of e-commerce, web site, mobile apps which can integrate with our TecE ERP systems for business development and promote the overall efficiency.

TVP are funded by the government to encourage local enterprise using IT solutions and services to increase productivity, upgrade and transformation. The total amount of the TVP funding is HK$500 million. Local enterprises should take this opportunities and make good use of the funding to enhance their competitiveness.
