Accounting Computerization to Fulfill Local Needs

Last year, RANGER’s Shanghai Branch also implemented TecSystems ERP solution to streamline the business process. "The requirement of our Shanghai branch is totally different from Hong Kong. We have to handle both import/export and domestic sales so the work flow is more complicated, e.g. auto-generate custom documents, handle tax for the quotation of domestic sales. Fortunately, all these localized requirements can be fulfill by TecSystems.” Rex said. TecSystems support converting the custom tax into the cost of goods for each item, which allow for more detailed and accurate analysis on profit margin.

In the past, the financial software and business management of RANGER is completely separated that greatly affect the efficiency and convenience. Now, the financial module and business operation module are integrated tightly in TecSystems which result a significant increase on working efficiency and facilitate the management of operation. Rex also mentioned, "Shanghai’s government has a very strict requirement on the usage of financial system.
