Techland Staff Training Day 2008

Techland believe that staffs are our valuable assets. In order to equip our staffs with professional knowledge, we always organize different training for them.
Recently, Techland has arranged a whole day training in ShenZhen for all HK and PRC staffs, we especially invited Mr. James Lui as our trainer, who has many years experience in service industry. In the training, James share with us his experience of customer management and how to enhance the service level which benefit us a lot.
