Sales Executive / Pre-Sales Consultant

Summary:

  • Non-IT background candidates are welcome, product training will be provided
  • Product Line : E-Commerce, POS, ERP, Mobile Apps

Job Description:

  • Candidates can choose between sales / pre-sales role base on his/her personality
  • Sales : Sales needs generation ; consultation; target oriented
  • Pre-sales : Requirement study; data preparation; product demonstration

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in business/ marketing/ IT related subjects
  • 2+ years working experience
  • Outgoing with good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Knowledge in IT products is an absolute advantage but not compulsory
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Mandarin is definitely an advantage

Project Consultant / Project Officer (Customer Service)

Job Description:

This position is best suitable for those with customer-oriented mind set and willing to develop his/her career in the IT consultation area. We are targeting candidates who equipped with good business knowhow. Therefore, candidates with merchandiser or purchaser experience will be most welcome. Techland provides full trainings and supports to the right candidates.

Project Consultant should have solid experience in the implementing of ERP projects, while candidates with less experience can start as project officer.

Duties:

  • Assist Project Manager in completing project life cycle
  • Collect user requirements for system setup
  • Provide trainings and follow-ups until project go-live
  • Be a good coordinator to customers and inter-departments

Requirements:

  • H/Dip or above in Business related subject
  • Familiar with trading or manufacturing workflow, basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem solving skills
  • Logical mind & well-organized
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
